A friend's grandson is marching in his HS band on Tues. March 29 in the parade at Magic Kingdom at 9:30. I didn'tknow they had parades that early. Is this correct?

Hi there, Larry! Disney Performing Arts welcomes students from all over the world to perform - well, all over the World! As part of their ongoing arts education series, you'll often find seemingly impromptu marching bands stepping off in parade formation while you are at the Magic Kingdom. These are bands that have been accepted into the Program, and are demonstrating their talents along the world-famous parade route down Main Street. In fact, these parades typically happen in the early morning so that they do not conflict with any of the "purely Disney" entertainment to follow, like the street parties or the 3:00 PM parade. While these students get their time in the magical spotlight, they will not be performing with any of the regularly scheduled Disney entertainment. Enjoy the music! See you later, celebrator, -Deborah B.
