When someone is listed on your
Family & Friends list, but it says you do not manage their plans for them, that typically means they have their own
My Disney Experience account that they use. However, since your My Disney Experience accounts are linked and they show up on your Family & Friends list, you can still include them when making plans for your vacation. Whenever you make a
dining reservation, book a
Disney Genie+ service Lightning Lane selection, make Theme Park Reservations via the
Disney Park Pass system, book a room at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, etc., you will be able to include anyone who shows up on your Family & Friends list. Thus, you will still be able to plan for them, but it allows them to keep their own separate account for when they travel to Walt Disney World Resort without you. If, however, they no longer wish to have their own account and want you to manage their plans for them instead, you can give the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line a call at (407) 939-4357. They should be able to move their account over to where you can manage their plans for them. Just keep in mind those individuals would need to be on the phone with you when you call.
