    My friend’s family and my family are going to WDW on separate reservations. I purchased a memory maker so we could share it. We’ve linked on Family and friends, but I only see her name and not the rest of the family. How do we make sure we get all photos?

    Hey Howdy Hey Maritza! It’s so nice to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with extended family and friends. The best part is seeing all their faces light up with excitement as the Magic unfolds before their eyes. 

    Memory Maker is the most perfect way to capture all the excitement with the simple “tap” of your MagicBand. In order for everyone to be able to share and have access to all the digital photo downloads, you must first make sure you have each person in the travel party, listed as a family & friend on your My Disney Experience account. To do this, sign in to your My Disney Experience account online or through the mobile app. Then, you will select the “Create Your Family & Friends List” and begin adding the names of the friends and family members you wish to connect to. 

    After you have invited them to share plans with you, simply remind them to sign into their My Disney Experience account to approve your request. Once they have accepted your invitation to make and share plans, everyone will be able to see and share the photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers!
