    Hi Friends! Only 21 days to go & I'm so excited to see the Holiday displays! Is it true that a person can buy gingerbread from the gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian? Is it considered a DP snack? So fun! Thanks for helping to make memories!

    Hi Donna, You certainly can! I love the gingerbread goodies from the Gingerbread House at the Grand Floridian Resort and there are many different gingerbread goodies available in all different price points (you can even buy a mini- gingerbread house there!). As far as being able to get one of these delicious gingerbread goodies as a snack on the Dining Plan, I am not so sure about that, but if you see anything in WDW that is below $4.00, it is always worth a shot to ask the cast member to scan the item with your Dining Plan card to see if it qualifies or not. Many times the cast members don't know and just say no, but ask them to scan it anyways and see (I have gotten a lot of snacks by doing this that the cast members originally told me would not qualify and they did).
