William from Chacara Inglesa Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Me and my friends have 5 complimentary tickets each and its all linked to our accounts. We managed to make reservations for 3 days, but now it says that we have reached the limit. Why can't we make reservation for all 5 days?

Hi William - welcome to planDisney!

The Disney Park Pass system is a great way to ensure that Guests have a magical experience at Walt Disney World Resort's four Theme Parks. I'm sure you and your friends are excited to visit and celebrate the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! From brand new nighttime fireworks spectaculars, exclusive food and beverage offerings, and new experiences of every kind, there is truly something unique for everyone to enjoy!

It sounds like you are already well-versed in linking your tickets, and had success making your initial Park Pass Reservations. For standard multi-day tickets, Guests are able to make a Park Pass Reservation for each day of their ticket. For example, with a 7-Day ticket, you can make seven Park Pass Reservations. Walt Disney World Annual Passholders are able to hold up to three Park Pass Reservations at one time, the exception being if they also have a Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation which allows all Guests to make Disney Park Pass Reservations for the length of their stay. Are you staying in the magic at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel during your vacation? If so, linking your Resort reservation should unlock those additional reservations for every Guest on your reservation!

While I don't know the terms and restrictions of your specific complimentary tickets, I was able to speak to a Cast Member and learn more about how they work in general. In essence, they explained to me that your tickets are likely each unique single day rather than multi-day tickets, and because of this, there might be something Goofy happening between your My Disney Experience account and the Disney Park Pass System. We recommend reaching out to the My Disney Experience team at 407-939-4357 to ensure that your tickets are properly linked and eligible for Park Pass Reservations. They should be able to get you all set up! If for some reason your tickets do have restrictions, the good news is that Park Pass Reservation limits are rolling, so as soon as you use one, you can make a new reservation for another date!

I hope this information helps - please reach out with any other questions as you plan your trip for next month!

    Thanks for stopping by,
    Ryan J.
