My friends and I all bought separate tickets on separate accounts for the same trip. Two of them have a Florida resident annual pass and one of them booked a hotel reservation. How can we combine it all into the same trip?

Hey there, Allison, and welcome back to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question!

Allison, it sounds like you and your friends are searching for a way to coordinate plans across the entire group. If so, the My Disney Experience Family & Friends list seems like the best option for you. The Family & Friends list gives your entire vacation party the opportunity to link your accounts and make plans for the entire group. Once linked, you can book dining reservations, reserve Genie+ Lightning Lane entrances, share Disney Photopass images, and more for the entire group.

Allison, it also sounds like you may also be asking how to combine everyone onto the same hotel reservation. If the Guest who booked the Disney Resorts Collection Hotel reservation booked it as a hotel-only stay and bought tickets separately, then you should be able to add guests to the reservation by speaking with a Resort Reservations Cast Member.

But if the Guest who booked the room reservation did so as part of a vacation package (which includes a hotel reservation and Theme Park Tickets purchased simultaneously) then each Guest on the reservation, no matter when they are added, is required to take part in the specific vacation package terms and conditions to be added to the reservation. For example, if the Guest booked a resort reservation with 3-day Theme Park Tickets and would like to add additional Guests, the entire reservation will need to be modified to add the additional Guests and they will each be required to purchase the same 3-day Theme Park Tickets specifically under that reservation. This means that it would not be possible to add Guests only to the resort hotel portion and not add the other terms and conditions of the vacation package as well.

I hope this helps, Allison! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
