Hiya Dawn,
I am your host, your planDisney host. As someone who attended Disney After Hours Boo Bash last year and had a ghoulishly fun time, I was super excited when I discovered
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party was returning. In my opinion, the ghostly season at Walt Disney World Resort is the absolute best season.
The Halloween party features some aspects we couldn’t experience with Boo Bash last year, including
Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade and the
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular stage show! There are also many other special touches in honor of Walt Disney World Resort’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. While trick or treating is still a feature of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, unfortunately, the free snacks and refreshments from Boo Bash are not a part of the event. Looking back, I don’t think I took advantage of them all that much; the
event-exclusive sweets, treats, and drinks are always way more tempting, and I was far too stuffed with candy last year to even notice the popcorn. The Sweet Almond Corn Cake at
Pecos Bill Tale Inn and Café sounds so delicious. I also love that it looks like corn on the cob. Let’s not forget that the Jack-O-Lantern Float is also on the menu for the spooky night.
I’m sure your belly will be full and happy after Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! I hope you have a spellbinding good time.
Happy Haunting!
Ashley F.
