Hi Amy!
Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are a wondEARful person to help make your friends dream a reality by visiting the Happiest Place on Earth!
While there is not a list of attractions specific to pace makers, you do have the option to filter out
attractions that include a Health Advisory. When viewing the main attractions page, you can do so by clicking on
Accessibility & Advisories. In total there are
seven attractions at Disneyland Park and
five attractions at Disney California Adventure Park that your friend may want to discuss with her doctor prior to your visit. With close to 90 attractions between the two parks, there will still be plenty for you two to enjoy together! I know magnetic fields can also be an issue for individuals with pacemakers, but per the
Services for Guests with Disabilities "these fields are generally no greater than you would experience in any urban environment or may be exposed to through common household appliances such as vacuum cleaners and hair dryers". I would recommend visiting a Guest Relations location upon your arrival, but I think you two will have a truly magical visit.
Please come back if we can help in any other way!
