My friend, who will be at WDW this fall at the same time as me, is part of a grand gathering and wants my family to be a part as well. If I've already booked a [passholder room & dine] package, how do I get [my reservation] added to her grand gatherin

Hi Gina, Grand Gatherings are SO much fun at Disney World!

Your friend would have received what is called a "Grand Gathering Number". This is generally 7 digits long. Ask her to provide you with that number. You will then need to call the Grand Gathering Travel Planners at 407-WDW-PLAN with both your Resort confirmation number and the Grand Gathering number. They'll attach that number to your reservation, and you'll be all set.

You would then be able to participate in any of the Grand Gathering Experiences, such as the Safari Celebration Dinner, the Good Morning Gathering or the International Dinner & IllumiNations Dessert Reception with her. Those can also be booked by calling 407-WDW-PLAN (407-939-7526).

Hope this helps and that you have a Magical Grand Gathering with your friends,
