Hi a friend wants to book MNSSHP tickets but is not sure if her sons are coming to Florida with her yet as they are in the army she doesn't want to miss out on tickets so will she be able to get her money back if she books tickets just in case thanks.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is one of my all-time favorite special events at Walt Disney World. I can understand why your friend doesn't want to miss it.

Unfortunately, tickets to special events are non-refundable and non-transferable according to the official website. However, there may be a silver lining. The dates for 2013 have not yet been released, so your friend still has some time to wait and possibly have a better idea if her sons would be able to go with her. Have her keep a close eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the official announcement as well as the website for those dates.

I hope they are all able to attend this amazing event and have a spooktacular time!
