My friend an d I will be visiting Disney in August 2011 for a Girls Only Vacation and even in our 40's we would like to a character meal at Chef Mickeys... My question, Which is better, breakfast or dinner?

Good for you Christina!!!! Of course you are never too old to dine and visit with the Disney characters!

Chef Mickey's is a great character dining choice as you will meet and greet with most of the fabulous famous Disney faces with Mickey Mouse in the lead! Both the breakfast and the dinner menus are fabulous and I can't really recommend one over the other. I would make a selection instead by what your plans are for the day. If you want to start out at Chef Mickey's and then head to the Magic Kingdom then breakfast is a perfect choice.  If you are in another park that day and want to end at the Magic Kingdom for parades and fireworks then dinner would be my choice. If you are an early bird and want to get to the Magic Kingdom early to find the smallest lines but will want a break later in the day then choose dinner.  It is a short walk from the park and a nice place to rest and relax before heading back for more excitement!

Don't forget to check out the kid's buffet area......it is where many adults find some real goodies and you won't be alone standing in that line!
