    My friend is trying to upgrade her passholder tickets from silver to gold. We are about 14 days out of being able to make fastpasses for a trip in June. Does she have to go to Guest Relations to change tickets or can she call?

    Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your wondEARful question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Typically, Annual Pass upgrades such as this must be made in person at a Guest Services location, but I recommend giving a call to the friendly Cast Members at 1(407)939-5277 to see if there is any way to assist you since your FastPass+ booking window is so close. If you live pretty close to the Walt Disney World Resort, it might just be worth her while to go in person and take care of it.
