So sorry to hear you are having issues with purchasing tickets. Let's see if I can give you a few tips to try to get you all set for your Magical vacation during the Holiday season!
The first thing that I would recommend is to try, try again! Sometimes the site at certain times can act up a bit. So I would get back online and try to
purchase your theme park tickets. Closing out your browser sometimes helps as well as getting a complete reset somewhat. Make sure to also double-check availability for the parks for your trip on the
Theme Park Availability Calendar to ensure the park still has availability.
The other option that I would recommend is purchasing tickets through your
My Disney Experience app. You should still have the ability to go through all steps to purchase your ticket with desired options from that platform as well.
Of course, the last resort would be to
give Disney a call. Feel free to reach out to Disney at (407) 939-7679 and a Cast Member will be happy to help you with your new ticket purchase.
