Hey Sunkuk!
Welcome to
planDisney!
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I see that you recently had a friend visit the Happiest Place on Earth! I hope she had the
Best Day Ever and was able to join the Resistance in an epic battle against the First Order or race down Radiator Springs Racers. Maybe she enjoys the calmer things in life and was able to take a relaxing journey on the Disneyland Railroad or travel the world on “it’s a small world.”
We recently had some heavy storms here in Southern California and it looks like that may have affected your friend's trip and she was not able to use the second day on her ticket. Unfortunately, as the ticket’s fine print mentions,
“All tickets, and associated features and entitlements such as the Park Hopper or Disney Genie+ entitlement, are nonrefundable, nontransferable, revocable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Tickets may not be sold or transferred for commercial use, and exclude activities/events separately priced or not open to the general public. “ Since tickets are nontransferable, she would not be able to transfer the remaining day for you to use. I see that you live in California. If you live in Southern California in zip codes 90000- 93599, you could take advantage of the
SoCal Resident Ticket offer and visit the parks. It’s an incredible deal that’s really easy on the wallet.
Well Sunkuk, I’m sorry I didn’t have the news you were hoping for but I hope I was able to provide you with some good information.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
