A friend recently purchased Hopper tickets for me and my boyfriend. Since she is a resident of SoCal she purchased the tickets for the resident price. Are we still allowed to use them even though we are not SoCal residents?

    Hello, dear Mireya!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us your question. Congrats on doing your research before your visit. With this level of planning, I'm sure you're going to have a wonderful time!

Southern California resident tickets are a fantastic option for locals who plan to visit often. Still, their rules state that all adults using them to enter the theme parks must show ID and proof of residency upon entrance. If you live within ZIP codes 90000 and 93599, you'll be good to go! If you're not within this range, your best option is to buy regular tickets and maybe invite some Southern California friends to join you for a fun few days at the Disneyland Resort

I hope this helps you plan for an epic trip, Mireya! Please let us know if you have questions about tickets, park reservations, dining reservations, or attractions. We're here to help!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
