My granddaughter's friend received a free ticket from WDW when she preformed there with her choir. Does anyone know if that ticket can be applied to the cost of a 3 or 4 day Fl resident ticket like a regular ticket can?

    Hi, Linda!

Without knowing the details of this ticket, I am unable to give you a definite answer. Many times these types of tickets are marked "promotional" or "complimentary" on the back meaning they cannot be upgraded. However, to be sure, contact guest relations at (407)939-7523 to see if they can be of assistance. Have the ticket during the call as they will need all the numbers and information on the back of the actual ticket.

    Wishing you a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
