    Hi! so my friend had purchased tickets a while ago for our trip over in Disney. unfortunately one of our drivers has vivid and our tickets are for next week. i have no idea what to do from here and would like some assistance.

    Hey there, Kira! Thanks for popping in to planDisney with your question. I’m so sorry to hEAR that your plans need to be rescheduled. 

    I have good news for you. Your tickets will remain linked to your account so you can use them at a future date that works for you. Tickets typically have a long runway to the expiration date. For instance, most one-day tickets purchased this year are valid until December 30, 2023. You can contact Ticket Services to confirm the exact expiration date of your tickets, so you can be totally sure of when you need to book your next visit by. 

    Once you’re ready to make a new reservation, you can log into your Disneyland account, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, and click on the “Make Park Reservations” button. Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance.
