Hi Anaiya!
You must be excited to be living so close to Mickey Mouse and The Most Magical Place on Earth! I'm sure you're more than ready to start using your Walt Disney World theme park ticket, and I'm happy to answer your question about
Florida Resident tickets.
While you'll need to provide
proof of Florida residency in order to purchase a Florida Resident park ticket or Annual Pass, there are several forms of proof of residency you can provide:
- Valid Florida driver’s license (must have a Florida address)
- Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
- Valid Florida-based military ID
It sounds as if you might not have secured one of these forms of identification yet, but you're in luck! You can also provide one of the following showing a Florida residential address:
- Proof of Mortgage
- Current Homeowner's/Automobile insurance policy or bill
- Current Utility bill (power/phone/cable/water)
- Mail from financial institutions
- Mail from federal, state, county or city government agencies
Please note: P.O. Boxes will not be accepted as proof of residency. Any of these documents presented must be no more than two months old, and you'll need to present a photo ID such as a passport or driver's license as well.
I hope this helps, and you'll soon be enjoying some fun-filled visits to Walt Disney World.
Welcome to the Sunshine State!
Diane W.
