    A friend said that most people wore costumes at the princess half marathon. IS this true at the wine and dine?

    Hi Jessica!  It is true that you see a LOT of sparkles, tutus, tiaras, and glitter at the Princess Half Marathon!  That is part of the excitement of the race. 

    You will also see some costumes at the Wine and Dine.  Mostly classic Disney tributes, but still lots of tutu skirts and sparkles!  Overall though, there are not a ton of runners that dress up for it.  Maybe it's because it's a night race, and probably too, because you want to be comfortable for the International Food and Wine Festival post-race party at Epcot!

    So, you can if you want!  Just do what makes you happy and be sure it is comfortable to run 13 miles in!
