My friend and I are passholders staying at the All Star Movies resort. I have an emotional support animal with the proper documentation. He is qualified to provide support to me when I have high anxiety. Can he stay in the room with us?

Hi Kelly! Oh my goodness! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here in just a few short days! Yippee! I know you and your friend will have a magical time while on vacation!

Your support animal is permitted in your Resort hotel room. When you arrive, you will need to check-in at the front desk and provide your documentation. There will be some paperwork you will need to complete and the Cast Member will assist you with any questions you have.

Prior to your arrival, you may want to review the Service Animal information. It's a great resource and has wonderful information!

You can also speak with a Cast Member in Disability Services by phone at (407) 560-2547 or email at disability.services@disneyparks.com.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
