Hi! I have a friend going to the parks this winter, however they are staying off property we always stay on property. How do they book their fast passes? Is it the same as us with pre-booking online? Thanks!

    Hello Sabrina,
Your dear friend is so lucky to have a good pal like you to bring such a great question on their behalf to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
All Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort are invited to create their very own My Disney Experience and for magic on the move download the wonderful and extremely useful My Disney Experience Mobile App.
Once created, Guests should add their valid Disney Theme Park tickets to My Disney Experience which enables them to make FastPass+ selections.
Guests who are not staying in a Walt Disney World owned and run Resort can make FastPass+ selections via My Disney Experience 30 days prior to visiting the Disney Theme Parks.
I hope your friend enjoys a wonderful time making magical memories at Walt Disney World Resort this winter!
If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
    ~ Jane
