My friend and I will have one Disney resort room. We have a magic band each. We have a disney account and a credit card added to our profiles. Will charges on my band go to my card and charges on her band go to her card? If not, how can we separate charges

    Hi Angie! Welcome to planDisney!

It is always great to see a fellow Tennessean here! I bet you are thrilled to visit the Walt Disney World Resort with your friend in just a few days. There are so many fun and exciting things happening around the theme parks, but I especially hope you have planned some time to enjoy the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. It is overflowing with delicious food and holiday spirit!

One of the best things about staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and having MagicBands is the ability to charge purchases to your hotel account. It is so convenient! When you use your MagicBand for purchases, the charges go to your hotel account and then to the credit card on file. But I have good news! You can stop by the Front Desk when you arrive and ask the Cast Member to link each of the MagicBands to a different credit card. Both cards will be on file, but the Cast Member can designate which MagicBand charges to each card. Isn't that great?!

I hope you have the BEST visit, Angie! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
