When the 999 Happy Haunts in the
Haunted Mansion say “there’s room for one more,” I don’t think they’re talking about
My Disney Experience accounts! While more ghosts in your doom buggy are always a good thing at Gracey Manor, ghost My Disney Experience profiles are less fun. I checked with Madam Leota, and she knows exactly what to do next.
To solve this problem, you will need to call and speak with a Cast Member at the My Disney Experience help desk. They can be reached by
calling (407) 939-4357. Since you mention that you have multiple profiles, some with different spellings, I would come ready with a list of the names (and spellings) and email addresses attached to each profile. The more information you can provide, the better, so it’s good to be prepared. The Cast Member you speak with will be able to ensure the correct profile is attached to your visit, and can then help you determine what to do with your extra profiles. Unfortunately, at this time, the only way to resolve this situation is to make a phone call. Hold times are longer than normal due to many Guest questions related to the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort; I like to use speakerphone while multitasking when I need to call.
