I am going with my friend, her husband and 2 girls 5 and 2. We want to take the 5 y/o to BBB but don't want the 2 y/o to feel left. What is something special she could do with Daddy while we're at the BBB?

    Hi Julie!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

If your 5 year old is going to get the full transformation, including a princess gown then I suggest that Daddy take your 2 year old shopping for a princess gown as well.  You can find them in the Magic Kingdom and in Downtown Disney, so depending on which Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique location you will be visiting, it should be possible for Daddy to find a gown for your younger child as well.  In fact, you could just bring the gown with you and then Daddy could just shop for accessories.

The other option is for Daddy and child to spend some quality time together in Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom, but you would probably want your 5 year old to do those things as well.  Thus I think shopping is really the way to go and you can just tell her (if she asks) that she is too young to get the full hair treatment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

Whatever you do, be sure to make an Advance Dining Reservation for a special meal afterwards.  Cinderella's Royal Table, Princess Storybook Dining in Norway, and 1900 Park Fare come to mind as great locations!

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
