Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am sorry to hear that you were not able to secure a reservation for Be Our Guest. It is a very popular dining experience and I have found myself without a reservation to this most MAGICAL place with many Walt Disney World visits. However, do not hesitate to ask at the Be Our Guest window if any tables are available. I have been lucky on occasion to secure a table as a "walk-in."

Now in the past, guests with reservations were the only ones allowed entrance into the restaurant and I am quite sure this still holds true today. This holds true for not only picture taking, but for snacks, too. Please ask a Cast Member as you approach the restaurant. You may not get the answer you may be looking for, but what a most MAGICAL day if you do.
