My friend who goes every year said that I could have personalized maps with each of our names printed on them mailed to me. Is that still an option and how do I get those? I know that I can print the maps out online but I would like to receive by mail.

    Hello, Amanda!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your question. I hope that you will continue to visit us as you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

I am sorry to report that Walt Disney World Resort stopped issuing the personalized, printed family Maps at the end of 2014. As you already know, they are now available as a PDF download and can be downloaded to your phone or computer and then printed out. I also loved the printed Maps and I hope that they will bring them back some day!

Mom's Quick Tip: While you can no longer order printed Maps, you may still order the fabulous Disney Parks complimentary planning videos in online and DVD versions! I highly recommend ordering your complimentary copies by visiting the 'Get Your Free Disney Parks Videos' webpage.

Amanda, I truly wish you an unforgettable vacation. Please visit us again if you have any more questions!
