Hello, Truc!
I'm so sorry that you weren't able to
purchase an extra ticket for your daughter, and that I'm late to the ball with your answer! It sounds like the glass slipper probably didn't fit for a visit a couple of days ago, but I'll do my best to help your wish of visiting Disneyland Park come true as soon as possible.
It sounds like you have some tickets that already included
theme park reservations for a specific day. Hopefully you were able to contact a Cast Member and discover that
theme park reservations can be modified! If you missed your reservation with a standard theme park ticket you should be able to make a new reservation with that same ticket.
To make a new theme park reservation with your tickets you'll need to
create a Disney account first. It's really quick and easy! Once you have an account you can
go here to link tickets to your account using the Ticket ID on each ticket. With your tickets all linked (any new tickets you purchase on the website will automatically link to your account) you'll be ready to
make new theme park reservations! While you're deciding what day you want to visit you should check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure that reservations are available for the day and park that you need. Being able to plan a few weeks in advance is helpful, especially if you're thinking of visiting during a holiday or special event like a festival. It's always so fun to have a trip to look forward to!
Remember, you're also welcome to
call the "Tickets" phone number on the Disneyland website to get a little extra help from a Cast Member. They're almost as good as having your own Fairy Godmother!
Truc, I am so sorry that you were struggling to get park tickets this week. But I hope you will have a new chance to experience the magic of Disneyland Park very soon!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
