    Hi! I have a friend who was at Disney World last week and just found out she is going again in May. Is it too late to convert her 7 day park hopper from last week to an Annual Pass? Thanks!

    Hello Lisa!

    You are a great friend for helping her plan ahead! The answer depends on certain things. If it is within 14 days of the ticket's first use and the ticket has remaining admissions, then yes, it can be upgraded to an annual pass. If it has been more than 14 days from the first day used or if no admissions remain, then it cannot be modified or upgraded. If she is able to upgrade, then she must do it in person at any ticket window at the parks, at the concierge at a Disney Resort or at Guest Services in Downtown Disney.
