Boo to you, Judith, and welcome to
planDisney!
I’m sorry to hEAR that your friend and her daughter are no longer able to attend
Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party, that’s too bad! However, I am happy to report that she will be able to gift the event tickets to you, even though their names are already associated with the tickets. Wholly unused event tickets aren’t assigned to a specific Guest until they enter the front entrance turnstiles. From that point on, the ticket can’t be transferred to anyone else.
I was in a similar situation a few years back, when a planDisney friend ended up with an extra ticket he gifted me. Even though the ticket was originally assigned to someone else, I was able to use it to enter the event since the ticket was still unused. I simply linked the ticket information to my
Disneyland app, and had no problem scanning it at the front gate upon arrival. So, your friend can send you a screenshot of her tickets so you can link them to your Disneyland app.
From the immersive treat trails to the mysterious Villains Grove, there’s so much to see and do at this spook-tacular event! I recommend waiting until the very end of the party to visit Villains Grove to experience the walk through Redwood Creek Challenge Trail at your own pace.
Wishing you a hauntingly fun night at the Spookiest Place on Earth!
