    My friend just brought me back a pair of Mickey sunglasses she got at Epcot. I wore them for only one day and noticed that just one of the lenses developed hairline cracks. They can't be felt on the outside of the lens. Can I get a replacement pair?

    Hi Rebecca! I'm sorry to hear about the sunglasses. Can you check with your friend to see if they still have the receipt for the glasses? If you have that it is very simple to return them to Disney and have them send you a pair in return.  If you do not have a receipt your best solution will be to call the Disney merchandizing number. They can not only find another pair for you but will assist you in how to get them replaced if possible. The number is: 407-363-6200. Good luck and I hope they can help you with or without a receipt so you can have new glasses in no time!
