My friend bought me tickets for myself and 1 other person but has them linked to her account. Since she bought them, is there a way to remove my 2 tickets and add them to my Disneyland account so it’s easier for me to manage?

    Hi, Analisa !

ChEARs! I’m jumping out of my seat with excitement, your return is so close.

I’ve missed the Disneyland Resort so much. Although I am unable to return just yet, the thought of seeing pictures of fellow Disney fans strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. makes my heart smile.

My fellow panelist, Courtney, has confirmed that you can link the tickets to more than one account. She recommends that you open the Disneyland mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu. You will then select "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol near the upper right corner of this screen. After that, select “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can enter the number manually or scan the barcode for each ticket with your phone’s camera. If you follow these steps and are still unable to link your tickets, I recommend calling the Ticket Service line. A Cast Member there will be able to assist you further.

I do hope this helps, Analisa! Don’t forget to make your Theme Park Reservations!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
