    April from TN Asked

My friend bought Disney hotel ticket package then asked me to go w/her. I bought ticket from Sam's club & called to get added to hotel but need to be included in package instead. Is there a way for me to get a refund for ticket from Sam's club

    Welcome to planDisney, April!

I hope you’re getting excited for your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! You’re going to be enjoying all of the magic during the commencement of the 50th Anniversary Celebration! Have SO much fun, and wave to Mickey for me!

While the Travel and Entertainment section of Sam’s Club is independently owned and operated, they have their own rules and policies regarding refunds. This is the current verbiage posted on their site: “We are unable to provide a refund or an exchange for unused tickets. Like most ticketing systems, once an order is placed - the purchase is confirmed and the customer is responsible for the purchase. All event ticket reservations are final.” It looks like you will not be offered a refund for your tickets purchased through Sam’s Club.

You may be able to get your own separate hotel room within the Disney Resorts Collection and still use your tickets from Sam’s Club, April! That may be an option you want to look into so you can use your tickets that you have already purchased!

If you have additional questions, we’d love to hear from you again at planDisney, April!

    See ya real soon!
