Walt Disney World Annual Passes are terrific gifts and I'm sure you'll make great use out of being a
Passholder since you're just one state away from where the magic is.
It is possible that this pass is linked to the friend who bought it for you, especially if it was purchased online If this is the case, you'll need to make sure your My Disney Experience account is linked to theirs and they will need to reassign the annual pass to you by looking at their
Plans, Tickets Reservations and Tickets in their account and click on "Tickets and Memory Maker". Find the annual pass and then select your name under the "Reassign Ticket" drop-down to the right.
I hope this fixes the issue, but if not, you will need to
contact support to get your pass sorted out.
