There are a variety of tasty and healthy options between both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park as well as in the Disneyland Resort Hotels.
If you are looking for
fresh fruit and vegetable snacks, you will have quite a few options in the parks! In Disneyland Park, I like to grab some mangoes with chile lime powder in Adventureland across from the Jungle Cruise attraction. In Disney California Adventure Park, I like the hummus and veggies over in
Fairfax Fruit Market in Hollywood Land. If you are looking for a more healthy, satisfying, and quick meal, I love the meat and veggie skewers at
Bengal Barbecue in Disneyland Park. For dessert, a refreshing Dole Whip from the Tiki Juice Bar is a lower calorie option that will satisfy any sweet tooth.
If you are staying at one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels, you won't want to miss the Get Up and Go Power Walk offered to hotel Guests. This complimentary morning walk lets you start your day with a brisk walk through Disney California Adventure Park BEFORE the park opens to the public! It's such a unique way to maintain an active lifestyle while still being a part of the Disney magic.
