Andrea from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I am a frequent attendee to WDW as a Florida Resident Annual Passholder. I am attending a work conference in October at Coronado Spring and completed my hotel registration with my work email. Can I connect my work email to my personal My Disney Experience?

    Welcome to planDisney, Andrea!

How exciting that you have the opportunity to visit the Walt Disney World Resort this fall as part of a work event! I’ve combined work trips and conferences with personal Disney fun on many occasions, so I’m happy to help you connect the information in My Disney Experience so that you can have a seamless visit.

Your Disney account is centered around your personal email address, so rather than adding your work email you’ll want to connect the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort reservation to your existing My Disney Experience account to see everything in one place. First, copy the confirmation number from your work email confirmation notice of the resort stay. Then, log onto your My Disney Experience account with your primary, Annual Passholder account. Navigate to My Plans, hover over Resort Reservations, and then select Link Reservation. From there you should be able to connect the reservation using your confirmation number and last name. While the resort registration with your work email isn’t affected, you should then see the trip in your plans to enable dining reservations, Genie+ selections, and anything else needed in one place during your trip.

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is a beautiful resort and conference center! You’ll love that the conference center is on the same property as your Guest room, with the El Mercado de Coronado market on the way to your events each day for easy grab-n-go food. This resort offers self-service and full-service laundry and a business center too for busy convention travelers. Whether you stay in the Gran Destino Tower or the traditional rooms on property, you’re going to be comfortable and enjoy those Disney touches during a work event. I’ve been to several professional events at the Walt Disney World Resort, and this resort made it easy to drop my work items off in my room at the end of the day, change my shoes, and head out for some theme park magic!

October will be a beautiful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, Andrea! I hope your event will leave time to explore the diverse tastes and fun of the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. With your Annual Pass, you can quickly hop into the theme parks after your work hours for a taste of the fun or just to enjoy the festival fall décor at each theme park. After a long day of professional networking and learning, a theme park stroll can be a welcome refresh to reset for the next day.

Please let us know what other questions you have as you finalize the details of this event; we’d love to help you make the most of it.

With every job that must be done, there is an element of fun!
