Do French Quarter + Riverside share a bus btwn them? LOVED Coronado for the quietness, pool vertually empty, + GREAT food court in May 2010, would we enjoy French Quarter equally as well? Lots of kids at this resort? 5 adults, no kids in May 2012. Thank U!

Hi, Roxanne! Looking for a bus buddy? I'm game. Otherwise, if you're staying at Port Orleans French Quarter, you'll sometimes get one from Port Orleans Riverside. Check it:

Last time I stayed at French Quarter (in February,) French Quarter and Riverside sometimes shared busses. I was on busses that first stopped at French Quarter and then made the Riverside loop before we headed to Animal Kingdom and Epcot.

Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios had busses that went directly from French Quarter to the parks. On the return home from parks, Magic Kingdom didn't share a bus between French Quarter and Riverside. I've huddled up on busses from the other parks. The nice thing about French Quarter is that it's usually the first stop when buddying up with Riverside.

Because French Quarter is fairly small, it is nice and quiet. I really like the cobblestone walkways and the flower accents. It went well in contributing toward the calm, relaxing, "easy" environment.
