    Is the french quarter resort pet friendly?

    Hi Liz!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Currently, there are four Walt Disney World Resorts that are "dog-friendly    ". They include:
    *Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
    *Disney Port Orleans Resort – Riverside
    *Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
    *The Cabins at Fort Wilderness Resort

    This is a relatively new program, so they could expand the service in the future. Please note the following information from the Walt Disney World website:
    At this time, dogs are the only pets allowed, with a maximum of 2 permitted per Guest room. Dogs are expected to be well-behaved, leashed in public areas and properly vaccinated.

    Service animals fall into a different category. They are allowed at more locations, including theme parks. If you have any further questions about your animal, here is a link to the Walt Disney World Phone Directory.
