Hiya Tarra,
Welcome to planDisney! I’ll admit it, Tarra: the water parks used to be something I skipped during my visits; I’d rather lounge by the pool than go down the slide. But ever since I visited
Blizzard Beach with my toddler using the water park benefit, I’ve changed my tune. Nothing beats watching your Mouseketeer live her best life in Tike’s Peak!
As a Guest of
Shades of Green, you get to enjoy many of the same perks that Guests of Walt Disney World Resort Hotels do, including
Early Theme Park Entry and
Extending Evening Hours when available. Unfortunately,
the water park benefit (which enables Guests to visit the water parks on check-in day, included as part of their stay) is only available for Guests of Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and doesn’t currently extend to Shades of Green. You can and should check back to see if anything has changed before you arrive next month, but that is the current eligibility requirement.
I hope this was helpful, Tarra! Before I let you go, if you have young Mouseketeers visiting with you, don’t forget to take advantage of all of the
Cool KID SUMMER experiences. They have everything from fun dance parties to exclusive meet-and-greets and much more. Also, make sure to check out the new stage shows, Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After and The Little Mermaid- A Musical Adventure. I missed the debuts by a week, and I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about both of them. I cannot wait to check them out during my next visit! Please come back and see us if you need anything else!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
