Can I get free water at counter or quick service locations?

    Hey Howdy Hey, Deborah!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your great question. Staying hydrated on your vacation to the Disneyland Resort is SO important! Hours of walking around in the California sun can be tiring, so make sure you drink plenty of water to help keep you energized each day.

I'm delighted to let you know that complimentary cups of ice water are available at all Quick Service locations in both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. I often bring a refillable water bottle and fill it with these during my visit. You can also check online and on the Disneyland app for locations of drinking fountains in the parks. Some brand new filtered water bottle filling stations have also been installed in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and Tomorrowland of Disneyland Park. These make refilling water bottles such a breeze.

If you find yourself under-hydrated with a headache, you can stop by First Aid in either park for complimentary over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen to help get you back on your feet. I was so thankful for this on my last trip, but it was a reminder that I needed to drink more water!

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions!
