Are there some free to use umbrellas at typhoon lagoon or do you have to pay to use any of them?

    Hiya, Dianna!

Welcome back to planDisney! I am so excited to hear that you are thinking of soaking up some fun at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon! Whether you are looking for a splashtastic adventure on thrilling waterslides or a refreshing float down Castaway Creek, you are sure to have an amazing day.

When you are ready for some shade in your own mini oasis, you can reserve a Typhoon Lagoon Umbrella, complete with lounge chairs, a table, and towels. There is a fee for this service that varies by season. The current cost is listed as $40-$70 plus tax and is subject to change. You can reserve this service in advance by calling (407) WDW-PLAY or when you arrive by visiting Singapore Sal's. There is also the option of reserving a Beachcomber Shack, that offers refillable mugs, cushioned seating, a locker, and more. While there are several shady seating areas at this park, there is a charge for all umbrella use. So if an umbrella is a must for your crew, I recommend making the reservation before your big adventure.

While you are taking in some waves you are sure to build quite an appetite. Be sure to stop by Snack Shack for the cutest Dole Whip on the property, the Hei Hei Cone!

    We'll see ya real soon!
