If a free QS dining plan were released how would the prices work if wanting to upgrade to deluxe? Would Premium be Deluxe price? Deluxe become base price? Base price become QS price and QS be free? Or do they use a different format for priceing?

    Hi Allyse,

Thank you for your great question and I know many of us are hoping for another free dining promotion in 2014. To my knowledge, guests were able to upgrade their free dining promotion in the past. At a Value resort, guests could upgrade to basic dining (from quick service) for about $18/adult and $3/child per night. Deluxe Dining Plan upgrades were approximately $63/adult and $13/child per night. These costs were associated with the 2013 promotions and upgrades.

Because promotions are always subject to change from year to year, I would encourage you to speak directly with Disney Cast Members at (407) W-DISNEY to discuss the terms and conditions of a promotion in question, and the cost to upgrade from quick service to the premium or platinum plan.

Hope this helps, Allyse, and please visit us again with further questions.

    Best wishes,

    Sherri
