Can you get the free package delivery to your resort from downtown disney stores? I was interested in getting personalized christmas ornament discussed in previous ?, but noticed that you said it could take several days to complete. Could it be delivered?

Hi Gayle! Yes, Downtown Disney offers delivery of your purchases to your Resort hotel.  You will want to visit Disney's Days of Christmas early on during your visit to Walt Disney World, because it does take time for the engraved/personalized ornaments.  Purchases are usually delivered to your Resort Hotel by the afternoon of the following day of your purchase, however the engraved/personalized ornaments may take longer.  The Cast Members at Disney's Days of Christmas will ask you for your departure date and let you know if Resort hotel delivery is an option for your purchase at the time of your purchase. Hope this helps.
