Good news: Your MagicBand issued in 2019 should still work just fine for tapping into a theme park, accessing a
Lightning Lane pass, opening your resort room door and charging purchases to your room in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel.
Your older MagicBands lack the connectivity of the newer
MagicBand+ so you won't be able to access interactive features at certain attractions with your older bands. Otherwise, you should be good to go.
I have a big collection of MagicBands that I acquired before the newest MagicBand+ version debuted. I'm still attached to those older bands and use them frequently. In fact, I wore one of my Minnie Mouse MagicBands at Epcot and Hollywood Studios a couple of days ago.
You will want to sign into your
My Disney Experience account and be sure the MagicBands you want to use are still active in your account. You will find them under the "My MagicBands & Cards" section. Scroll down to the "Manage Disney Bands or Cards" area and you should be able to see a picture and the serial number of each MagicBand you own and whether the band is active or inactive.
