    Is still in use free Fast Pass Ticket in the Park? Where may I find the list of the attractions with Fast Pass? Is it possible to have a call with Italian speaking person in European Comunity in order to plan the trip and take a Disney hotel reservation?

    Ciao, Luca and welcome to planDisney. I am glad you stopped by to ask your question because Disney vacation planning can be confusing.

    FastPass+ reservations have been replaced by a different service. Genie+ service and Individual Lightning Lane purchases are new features to help you plan your theme park day. Genie+, now a paid service, will allow you to reserve two or three reservations each day while Individual Lightening Lane access will allow you to purchase one expedited entrance to one attraction. Please use the Walt Disney World Resort European website to find more information about these services. This link with provide you with a list of attractions that are a part of Genie+ service and Individual Lightning Lane.

    Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservations and vacation packages can be made online. That is how I make a majority of my reservations. If you would like to speak to a Disney Cast member directly call on freephone 00.800.2006.0809 or 00.44.203.666.9911 (charges and international rates may apply). Ask to speak to a Cast Member who speaks Italian to help make your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation and assistance with vacation planning.

    Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 20:00 pm (GMT)
    Saturday 9:00 am -19:00 pm (GMT)
    Sunday 10:00 am -16:00 pm (GMT)
