Hello, David!
I'm happy to be chatting with a fellow water-enthusiast today! You're definitely going to want to stay hydrated during your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth because it has gotten warmer here in Florida, and you'll want to make sure you're keeping your fluid consumption up.
First things first, I highly recommend bringing your own water bottle that is well insulated. Bring at least one, but if you have a backpack with multiple water bottle holders, bring multiple. There are many water fountains around the theme parks, but often the water pressure isn't great for drinking or filling up bottles. If you go by the bathrooms, there are often water fountains that have a water bottle filling port as well.
In my opinion, the BEST way to get free drinking water is to go to a quick-service restaurant counter or to Starbucks. All quick-service restaurants (they have to be full service quick-service restaurants not popcorn carts or the stand-alone food booths) have free cups of drinking water available to you, and many of them have ice as well. All you need to do is go up to the Cast Member handing out the food orders behind the counter and ask for a cup of water. Some restaurants have a table of water and cups instead that are self-serve. I recommend drinking one and getting another to fill your water bottle with.
I hope you stay hydrated, David! You may consider branching out from water to try the
Blue Milk or the Green Milk (my family's favorite) while you're in Galaxy's Edge in Hollywood Studios! If you have any additional questions, we hope to hear from you again at
planDisney!
See ya real soon,
Allyn
