We are to get a free disney gift card as part of our booking. Where do we collect that from?

    Hi Frances,

Isn't it wonderful when you receive a FREE Disney Gift Card as part of your holiday booking.

You will receive a paper voucher for your FREE Disney Gift Card along with the rest of your travel documents a couple of weeks prior to your trip.

Once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, you need to exchange the paper voucher for your actual Disney Gift Card at the World of Disney store at Disney Springs. When I collected my FREE Disney Gift Card last year, there was a little desk to the left hand side of the Pandora items in the jewellery section where the exchange was carried out.

Please also be aware that a form of photo ID is required in order to receive your FREE Disney Gift Card.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
