Thanks for your question. I am all over anything that's free, especially when it comes to
Disney World Special Offers, and particularly the ones with free
Disney Dining Plans! :-)
Periodically throughout the year, Disney offers various
Special Offer packages for its beloved guests. Some will include resort hotel discounts, some offer free Disney Dining packages, etc. We are not privy as to what package they plan to offer, or when, so we always encourage guests to check the Disney World Special Offers page frequently, to see if there's an offer they can take advantage of.
Special Offers are available for a limited time, and are always subject to change without notice, but at this writing, there is a "Purchase a Package, Get a FREE Dining Plan for Kids" offer:
"Get a FREE dining plan for kids (ages 3 to 9) when you buy a non-discounted 3-night/3-day package for you and the kid(s) that includes a room at a select Disney Value Resort hotel, theme park tickets and a dining plan. Valid for arrivals most nights from January 1 – March 7, 2020 when you book through January 1, 2020."This is the closest package I can locate that offers any type of discounted dining package, but as I stated, Disney is known to add other deals at anytime, so always continue to check their Special Offers page!
In terms of which resorts accept Free Dining, all Disney Resort hotels recognize free Disney Dining Plans if you take advantage of the offer. Indeed, what typically happens is guests who get free dining get the same meal entitlements daily as one who may have purchased the Disney Dining Plan, just not at an added cost.
