    Will free dinning be offerd for the month of October?

    Hi Tamela,

    Free dining promotions during October are not unprecedented.  They have been offered a number of times in recent years.  However, we haven't heard anything about October 2012 yet.  The current promotion (up to 30% off resort rooms at select Disney hotels) covers dates of travel as late as September 29, 2012.  Keep following the Special Offers page (under the "packages" tab at www.disneyworld.com) as that is where a free dining promotion would appear if it were to be offered.  You might also want to consider enlisting the assistance of a Disney-savvy travel agent who could help you look for promotions that might fit your dates of travel. 

    I'll keep my fingers crossed that free dining will be offered for the period you plan to travel in October.  Good luck!
