Free dining usually 8/22 or later and in Nov Wine fest too crowded. Is it better to go in the Aug free dining  time even though weather is rainier? We like to rest by the pool 1-3 is that a issue in August?

Greetings, Lewis, it's great to see you back at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Visiting Walt Disney World Resort any time of the year is a great time and visiting during special events, such as the Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival elevates one's experience. If you are concerned with crowd levels at this festival, may I suggest visiting during the weekdays which are typically lighter in crowd levels? As well, the weather in November is still optimal for relaxing and swimming in Disney's heated Resort hotel pools.

In my opinion, if I had a choice between August and November, I would opt for November, as August generally sees higher crowd levels throughout the week and the weather is quite hot, with the typical 3:00 PM downpour, which we always joked about during our visits with our children during their summer breaks. But of course, Lewis, this depends on your preferences, situation and travel needs.

One thing is certain being that the exclusive benefits afforded to Disney Resort hotel Guests add to the convenience and keep the Disney magic going all day long. During your planning, keep a close watch on periodic Special Offers and please consider building a Magic Your Way Vacation Package which will include your Disney Resort hotel, Theme Park tickets, and the option to add in a Disney Dining Plan package.

Once booked, you can manage your entire vacation through My Disney Experience for a memorable visit.

Best Disney Wishes and Magical Adventures, Lewis!
