    Free dining question... we want to stay in a value resort and want the basic dining plan. Do we have to stay in a moderate hotel to get the basic plan or is that plan included in the value resort hotels?

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Any guest who books the Magic Your Way Vacation Package is eligible to purchase the Disney Dining Plan; it isn't resort specific.  Currently, there are a variety of different Special Offers that might work for you; however, free dining is not available at this time.  Last year the Late Summer/Fall Special Offers that included free dining were released toward the end of April.  I'd check the Disney Parks Blog every so often as well as the Special Offers link I provided for news and updates and to know the details about which specific resorts must be booked to qualify for free dining if it is offered in 2017.
